How does Waltre work?

  • On one side, tenants & tenant reps create expansion profiles for businesses wanting space. On the other side, landlords & landlord reps upload their properties to send to tenants. From there - matches happen, deals accumulate, money flows!!

Why should I sign up if I already use CoStar/Crexi/LoopNet?

  • Basic economic principles teach about supply AND demand. While traditional CRE marketplaces list supply & wait for inbound calls, we aggregate and market demand, providing a 2 way street for deals to be made. 

 

What's stopping a tenant from posting a bogus entry?

  • Tenants must tour a minimum of 5 properties every 60 days to keep their account active, with landlords and property brokers confirming their attendance via our software.  We also check to see their business registration files, social profiles, and more.

 

How do you know a broker actually represents the tenant they say they do?

  • To officially create a tenant's profile, tenant's will have to approve a brokers profile request via email. Tenant’s can share control of expansions with brokers while maintaining control over their profiles.

  • We know that brokers strengthen your portfolio strategies and so encourage all LL's to invite their team of brokers. Simply add, remove, or assign brokers to individual properties with ease. Each broker only sees the properties they’re assigned to,  giving you peace of mind.

​Who sees the properties I upload?

  • Properties are not publicly listed or searchable and can only be sent to tenants by you or any brokers, asset managers, or other team members assigned to the property.

What should I expect after creating my profile and posting my expansion needs?

  • Expect for us to drive inbound leads your way! Landlords, brokers, & developers will send properties matching your needs.

What information should I include in my posts?

  • Locations, square footage, lease term, industry type, budget range, move-in timeline and more. The more specific you are,  the better the matches you'll get. Profiles complete with high quality images, bios, links and more receive more leads and increase your odds.

How does the verification process work and what will it do for me?

  • Verified receive 2.5x more property submissions than unverified tenants and close on spaces 20% - 30% faster . Simply upload financials, credit scores, and background checks for our review. Uploaded documents remain 100% private & are never shared without your consent. If our AI technology determines your profile meets the criteria, a verification badge will be displayed next to your profile, ultimately enhancing your businesses appeal to property owners.

How do I know my information is being seen by legitimate landlords?

  • All landlords on our platform are verified, just as you are. We authenticate property ownership, management authority, business legitimacy, and financial standings to create a trusted marketplace with genuine parties involved. Additionally, while tenants can create free accounts, landlords have to pay for subscriptions making our platform more robust.
